Heat surface treatments

We have a small department where internal heat treatments can be performed: carburizing and quenching, quenching and tempering of structural steels and stainless steels, quenching of special steels , normalization, annealing, stress relieving, and age hardening for urgent needs on small parts. In all other cases, heat treatments are entrusted to certified external suppliers with whom we have strong partnerships that ensure:

• Quality:

  For each batch processed a Certificate of Conformity is issued with hardness tests and controls. All furnaces are controlled and certified with temperatures recorded continuously.

• Delivery reliability

  intake and delivery of the material to be processed by dedicated courier.
