Our production has a large and reliable tool machine inventory, which enables us to do  complex and precise manufacturing work.

• Lathing department

  Our lathing department is equipped with conventional machinery as well as the latest generation CNC machines. Thanks to the work of our experienced staff and the versatility of the machines, lathed pieces in different shapes can be created with diameters ranging from a few millimeters up to 1.5 meters.

  Capacity of conventional lathe work: Dmax 600 – Lmax = 2000

  Capacity of CNC lathe work: Dmax 800 – Lmax = 2000

  Capacity of CNC 5-AXIS MULTITASKING lathe work: Dmax 680 – Lmax = 1500

• Milling department

  The milling and drilling department covers a wide range of conventional and CNC machinery, which, under the guidance of competent operators, can produce both individual mechanical components as well as large processing equipment.

  CNC MILLING

  Capacity of continuous 3-AXIS/4-AXIS CNC MILLING: 1760x760x800 mm

  Capacity of continuous 5-AXIS CNC MILLING: 800x800x800 mm

  Capacity of continuous 4-AXIS CNC MILLING + 1×1 Index : 6000x2000x1300 mm

  CONVENTIONAL MILLING

  MILLING Capacity: 1750x600x750 mm

• Grinding department

  The grinding department, equipped with the latest CNC machines for surface and cylindrical grinding work (internal and external), and semi-automatic and conventional machinery, can manufacture lathed pieces up to a length of 1.5 meters.

  Cylindrical grinding work capacity: DMax 460 – Lmax = 1500

  Surface grinding work capacity: 800 x Lmax = 1600mm

• EDM Department

  CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED

  The EDM (electric discharge machining) department includes a modern AgieCharmilles CUT30P wire machine for rapid production of high precision while ensuring a smooth finish. It can work with maximum dimensions of 1050 x 800 x 350 mm and handles with extreme ease and speed forms that are difficult for conventional machines.
