Turning Department

Our lathes department is equipped with traditional and latest generation numerical control machinery. The versatility of the machine park allows, thanks to the work of expert staff, the creation of revolutionary pieces of the most disparate shapes, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters up to 1.5 meters.
Working capacity in traditional turning: Max diameter 600 – Lmax = 2000

Working capacity in CNC turning: Max diameter 800 – Lmax = 2000
Working capacity in 5-AXIS CNC turning – MULTITASKING: Max diameter 680 – Lmax = 1500

Milling Department

The milling and drilling department includes a wide range of traditional and numerically controlled machinery, which allow, under the management of competent operators, both the execution of individual mechanical components and large processing equipment.

Corrections Department

The grinding department, equipped with the latest semi-automatic and traditional CNC machines for flat and round (internal and external) machining, allows the machining of revolving pieces up to 1.5 meters in length.
Working capacity in cylindrical grinding: Max diameter 460 – Lmax = 1500
Work capacity in surface grinding: 800 x Lmax = 1600mm

EDM Department

The EDM department is equipped with different EDM machines with plunge and wire with working capacity and maximum dimensions of 1050 x 800 x 350 mm
